# Billing & plans

> The four Shopjar plans, what each unlocks, and the 14-day free trial.

Shopjar has four plans, managed on the **Billing** page. Every paid
plan starts with a **14-day free trial** — you're not charged during
the trial, and you can cancel anytime.

Features that need a higher plan show a lock icon with an upgrade link
right where they live (e.g. "Included in Starter") — so you always know
what an upgrade unlocks.

Commonly asked gates:

* **Affiliate program** — Starter
* **Branded referral links & link destination** — Starter
* **PayPal / Wise / Tremendous payouts, scheduled payouts** — Growth
* **Klaviyo, Shopify Flow, custom sending domain** — Growth
* **IP fraud protection & referral OTP** — Growth

## Discount codes

Have a partner discount code? Enter it under **Apply Discount Code** on
the Billing page — applied codes show as a percentage off all charges.
You can also book a call for a special discount via the banner.

## Downgrading & cancelling

* **Revert to free** — if you have active rewards that need a paid plan
  (referrer rewards, rules with conditions, free-shipping or
  free-product rewards), the app lists exactly which rules to update or
  remove before reverting.
* **Cancelling** — uninstalling the app ends billing.

<Warning>
  If you cancel with active members, their referral links and coupon
  codes stop working. Pause your promotion before cancelling so
  members aren't left sharing dead links.
