How the Shopjar referral program works:

Introduction to Shopjar Referral Program

Our referral program runs when an existing customer/referrer logs into the referral landing page using their email. They will receive a referral link to share with their friends and family. Additionally, they can send email invitations to the referee or new customer. The new customer/referee will use the link to be redirected to our referral program reward claim popup. Here, they will enter their email address to claim the coupon code and make a purchase. If the new customer successfully orders, the existing customer will receive a reward coupon code for their next order. This will be sent via email or available on their referral dashboard.

Please note that our Shopjar referral program operates with coupon codes. The referral landing page and reward claim popup are mandatory options to accurately track the referrer or existing customer.
