Steps to Set Up a Sending Domain in ShopJar

Access Email Settings

Log in to your Shopify dashboard > Apps > Referral Program: Shopjar > Navigate to Settings > Email Domains

Add Your Sending Domain

Enter your domain (e.g.,send.example.com).

Do not use the same sending domain that you use on other platforms.

Update DNS Records

• ShopJar will provide a TXT record.

• Add this TXT record to your domain’s DNS settings via your domain provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare).

Verify DNS Changes

• Return to ShopJar and click Check DNS Settings.

• It may take a few hours for DNS changes to propagate.
