By default, program emails come from the standard Shopjar sender. Settings → Email Domains lets you send from your own verified domain instead — better inbox placement, and every email reinforces your brand. (Growth plan)

Add your domain

Under Email Sending Domain, enter your domain and click Add Domain.
Use your real domain (e.g. example.com) — not your .myshopify.com admin domain. The app rejects Shopify admin domains.

Add the DNS TXT record

The page shows the DNS Record Type, Name, and Value to add at your DNS provider (each with a copy button). If your domain is managed through Shopify, the banner links to Shopify’s DNS editing tutorial — or contact support via the Help widget and we’ll add it for you.

Verify

Tick I’ve added these records and click Verify.
DNS changes take time to propagate — if verification fails, wait 24–48 hours and try again. The record values must match exactly.

Set your sender identity

Once verified (“Sending domain verified”), fill in From email (at your domain), From name, Reply to email, and Reply to name, then Update.
All referral and affiliate emails now send from your domain.
Set Reply to email to a monitored inbox. Members reply to reward emails more often than you’d expect — a bounced reply is a lost conversation with your most engaged customers.
