Email Notifications for Affiliates

Learn the available email notifications in ReferralGo app for affiliates and how to customise it.

There are 6 email templates available in ReferralGo app for Affiliates. Out of 6, 2 emails will be sent only for administrators and remaining 4 will be sent only for Affiliates. The emails are:

For administrators:

• Notify store administrator when an affiliate sale is made -> when a friend completes an order using the affiliate link or while affiliates places an order using the earned commission/ reward.

• Notify store administrator when an affiliate application is made -> when people request to become a member of affiliate program via Affiliate Signup From.

For affiliates:

• Notify the affiliate when his application is approved -> if administrator approves the request given by customers, this email will be sent.

• Notify when an affiliate earns a reward / commission -> when a new customer place an order using affiliate URL and if an affiliate earns a reward/ commission this email will be sent.

• Notify when a payout is made to an affiliate -> if administrator made a payout to affiliate, this email will be sent.

• Reward Affiliates as Coupons -> if affiliate convert his commission as coupon from Affiliate Dashboard or if administrator make payout as coupon, then this email will be sent.

Likewise, this email content might vary based on the email template.

How to customise the above emails ?

Step 1: Go to ReferralGo app -> Programs -> Affiliate

Step 2: scroll down to Emails section -> click on "Edit"

Step 3: Then, we can customise the info's in template.

The info that are customisable are:

• Image

• Subject of the email

• Title

• Message

• Button

• Footer

Using the show more option, you can change image in templates and use available shortcodes per template and customise each section separately and save it.

How to enable/ disable the emails ?

Using this toggle, we can enable/ disable each template and save the changes.
