Available reward/ discount types for Advocates and Friend are:

• Percentage Discount

• Fixed Discount

• Free Shipping

• Free Product

Percentage Discount - Reward advocates/ friend in Percentage. Example: 10% discount for each referral sale for advocates/ get 10% discount on Friend's purchase.

Fixed Discount -. Give Fixed Discount as reward. Example: $10 discount for each referral sale for advocates/ get $10 discount on Friend's purchase.

Free Shipping - Get Free Shipping as a reward for advocates/ Friend

Free Product - Give any product in your store as a Free Product as reward for advocates/ Friend.

You can choose any one of the reward type as discount and reward your existing and new customer accordingly.

In addition, we can find a "Minimum Requirements" checkbox in Rewards section of both Advocate and Friend.

While enabling this checkbox, the below two fields will get shown:

• Minimum purchase amount - refers to the cart subtotal amount of Advocate/ Friend while applying the earned Reward in cart.

• Minimum quantity of items - refers to the total quantity of items in Advocate/ Friend's cart while applying the earned Reward.

While creating Friend's Referral Reward, we can find this additional checkbox called "Allow same coupon code for every referral (instead of a unique coupon code) ?"

While enabling this option -> Allow same coupon code for every referral (instead of a unique coupon code) ? -> Let's say, you are referring 5 friends and they all 5 will earn the same coupon.

Note: Even though all 5 Friends will earn the same coupon code, this Reward/ coupon can be used only once per Friend.

This "Minimum Requirements" and "Allow same coupon code for every referral (instead of a unique coupon code) ?" check boxes while creating a Referral Reward is completely optional.

Available conditions for Advocates are:

Based on advocates parameters:

• Number of referrals

• Referral sales by the advocate

Based on referred person parameters:

• Email domain of the referred person

• Each referral order value should be

• Each referral order should have selected products

• Each referral order should have selected variants

Based on advocates parameters:

1.Number of referrals - refers to the total number of referrals completed by advocate so far. For example: If an advocate successfully referred 5 new customers, then advocate will earn a Free Product Reward.

2.Referral sales by the advocate - refers to the total referral sales done by the advocate. For example: Using the referral URL and code, if new customers spent $100 previously, then advocate will earn a 10% discount Reward.

Based on referred person parameters:

1.Email domain of the referred person (ex. abc.com) - refers to the friend's email domain. i.e: .com,.in,.org and so on...For example: If friend's email domain ends with .org, the advocate will earn a $10 off Reward.

2.Each referral order value should be - refers to the total order value of Friend's . For example: If 3 new customers completed their orders with referral URL and code, then advocate will earn Free Shipping per order (ie..,3 Free Shipping Reward for advocate)

3.Each referral order should have selected products - refers to the products purchasing by friend. For example: If new customer buy a "Black Leather Bag" then, advocate will earn a $10 reward.

This condition has these three below drop down:

• Contains any of the selected products - Reward will given for advocate, if new customer buys any one of the in-listed products. For example: It can be either product A or product B.

• Contains all of the selected products - Reward will be given for advocate, only if new customer buys all of the in-listed products. For example: Friend should buy both product A and B.

• Does not contain the selected products - Reward will be given only if new customer does not buy the in-listed product. For example: If Friend doesn't by "Bag" product using the referral URL.

4.Each referral order should have selected variants - This is similar to the above condition "Each referral order should have selected products". Here, we can select specific variants of variable products. For example: If new customer buy a "Top - with "S" variant " then, advocate will earn a $20 reward.

Note: The available conditions for advocates are optional. You can add additional conditions for rewards only if required.

In condition section we have "Match Any" and "Match All". If two or more conditions should be checked for earning a Referral Reward, then we can choose "Match All". If reward can be earned by matching any one of the condition, then we can choose "Match Any".

Available conditions for Friend:

First Order - If the Friend is a new customer, then Friend will earn a Reward. For example: If a new customer adds their email ID in pop-up and if it is his first first order, a Reward will be given to him.

Since Friend Reward is given to Friend/ New customer, only if it is their first order, by default, all creating Referral Friend Reward will have a "First Order" condition.
